Alpha 19 continues the Alpha Series, a body of small mixed-media works on cradled wooden panels exploring light and stillness through a wabi-sabi lens. A pale, luminous form sits at the centre of the composition, surrounded by layered greens and warm ochre tones that suggest undergrowth or filtered light through foliage. Worked in thin, textured layers, the piece rewards close viewing, with visible brushwork and subtle shifts in tone across the surface. Alpha 19 can be displayed alone or paired with Alpha 18 as a diptych.
