I Have Only My Dreams

This painting was inspired by dreams of a bygone era, when life was infused with simple pleasures. The breeze lifts the girl's hair off her shoulders as she gives chase to a little dog, but is the dog really there or has she dreamt it up? Is the girl really there or is it just a dream?

I'm a registered practitioner, physiotherapist, a dancer, a choreographer, an obsessive succulent and cacti gardener and an artist in my leisure time. I have 2 beautiful children and an understanding partner, a chihuahua, a garden (or a wilderness depending on our ability to spend time outside to look after it) and a koi pond.
