Dolphins At Play

The beautiful beach at which I live is a magical playground for dolphins. And no wonder as it stretches along numerous kilometres with, on calm sunny days, vast quantities of crystal water gently lapping the shore. On my daily walk I often see dolphins frolic, play and hunt small fish - an exercise which tends to bring them so close that I can see their smiling faces. I've also encountered these beautiful creatures whilst enjoying a refreshing swim. My beach, my home!

After many years of 'doing life' in a multitude of different ways - raising family - studying - running a private practice - I finally returned to my 'first love' - ART. Having completed a Diploma in Graphic Art in the 80s returning to my artistic creative self hasn't been difficult. Since retiring I've explored all manner of artistic expression and have run an art class for the past 4 years. I am happy to have come full circle and to be able to bring much of the valuable experience gathered throughout a rich life to my artwork and to everyone encounter.
