Sonny Ray's mid-century inspired "BESPOKE" artwork was created by taking a photograph on his old Pentax film camera of model "Girl With Hat" which was then Giclée printed by Ian Hill Fine Art Printing, archived sealed and then meticulously cut out by Sonny. He then uses acrylic paint on the canvas to create a vivid personality for the background and once completed applies the Girl With Hat Giclée print with absolute precision along with a combination of strong adhesives which is then weighted and left to try for 72 hours.
Bespoke is framed in a stunning South African Obeche wood and hand painted in an organic pigment black paint. A blizzard white acid free matte board with a foam core surrounds the artwork.
The frame is fitted with UltraVue® UV70 Glass making it non reflective and blocking out 70% of UV light.
