Sonny Ray is an established and highly sort after artist from Australia's spa country in Daylesford, Victoria. Sonny is a multi-instrumentalist, photographer, painter, creator and thinker.

Sonny has previously sold original art pieces privately and in studios from his previous artwork collections. After taking over 3 years to create new pieces, he has just released his new "Girl With Hat" series along with "DOTS" energy pieces.

Sonny Ray's artwork is a reflection of his desire to convey beauty through the complete freedom of creative expression, unrestrained from the rigidity of rules; self-imposed or otherwise, unbound from over-thinking and over-analysing, and unconcerned with the right or wrong ways to do things; instead, allowing the piece total freedom to become what it wants to become.

Sonny Ray's artwork ultimately focuses on the conflict between perfectionism and insecurity, and speaks of our struggle in modern society to admire beauty despite it's flaws, to see past what is "wrong" with something so one can appreciate what is "right" about it.
