Artwork Description

A familiar neighbourhood cat pauses with one paw gently raised, offering a quiet greeting to all who pass. Between silence and a soft meow, this simple gesture celebrates friendship, belonging, and the little moments that make a neighbourhood feel like home.
Ink and watercolour on Saunders Waterford 300gsm smooth cotton paper.

Artist Bio

Migrated to Sydney‚ Australia over 39 years ago from Malaysia. I grew up with an immense love for art painting and am self taught. I am a graphic designer by profession‚ but still find time to pursue my passion for art painting in various mediums of acrylic‚ batik, water colour and more recently ink. I find most satisfaction in painting rock scenes in acrylic. Some of my paintings have been stamp illustrations for the opening of a dam in Malaysia‚ a rice plantation scene that was presented to the late Malaysian Prime Minister‚ Tunku Abdul Rahman. • Participant of Muse Gallery Art Exhibitions 2015 • Exhibited in Orange Blossom Festival Castle Hill Art Exhibition 2014 •Member artist of Saatchi Art Online World Art Gallery since 2014
