Artwork Description

This adorable guinea pig is Porcell, named after its scientific 'Cavia Porcellus'. Because of his docile nature; friendly, even affectionate responsiveness to handling and feeding and the relative ease of caring for it, Porcell has turned out to become the favourite choice in ‘pet kingdom’.

Migrated to Sydney‚ Australia over 39 years ago from Malaysia. I grew up with an immense love for art painting and am self taught. I am a graphic designer by profession‚ but still find time to pursue my passion for art painting in various mediums of acrylic‚ batik, water colour and more recently ink. I find most satisfaction in painting rock scenes in acrylic. Some of my paintings have been stamp illustrations for the opening of a dam in Malaysia‚ a rice plantation scene that was presented to the late Malaysian Prime Minister‚ Tunku Abdul Rahman. • Participant of Muse Gallery Art Exhibitions 2015 • Exhibited in Orange Blossom Festival Castle Hill Art Exhibition 2014 •Member artist of Saatchi Art Online World Art Gallery since 2014
