Sophie Farquhar is an abstract artist based in Noosa. Her work sits between abstraction and observation, celebrating colour and simple pleasures in everyday life. Sophie’s layered paintings are filled with joy and it is her aim that they reveal more of their story over time. Sophie studied at the Byron School of Art in 2017 and has been a finalist in various art prizes over the past four years. She's exhibited in many group shows around Australia and has held solo shows in Sydney and Brisbane.
