Artwork Description

Woman with Scissors captures the essence of female identity as it strives to carve its unique path amidst life's challenges. The central figure, a woman with long hair, firmly grasps a pair of scissors with sharp edges turned into a comb. This juxtaposition symbolizes the dual role of pruning and shaping one's destiny.
In this artwork, the plant and the hair serve as powerful symbols of growth and renewal, illustrating the resilience of the human spirit. The scissors, a precision tool, represent the deliberate choices and actions taken to mold our aspirations into reality.
Embedded within the composition, enigmatic Farsi text is inscribed in reverse, inviting viewers to explore themes of empowerment and self-determination concealed within the artwork's layers. Woman with Scissors is an invitation to reflect on the profound journey of self-discovery and the empowerment that comes from forging one's own unique path.
