Vape me Away

I created this artwork to make a statement about how Vaping is deteriorating the youth of today. Its become such a normal way to smoke and even non-smokers have now become Vapers. Its a repetition of the introduction of cigarettes but its been exposed via the internet this time, creating an alarming amount of exposure.

I've been a high school teacher for about 7 years teaching Visual Art and Film, Television and New Media and I'm getting back into my creative groove. I used to paint a lot in my own time, but life gets exciting, stressful, hard and busy. But now I have my own space to finally take the time to be creative and I'm pleasantly surprised that having such a long time away from it hasn't hindered my abilities.
