In this single frame triptych, I have imagined an aerial view of outback holding buildings scattered along a riverbank and dotted amongst the dry, unforgiving pasture surrounding them. The harsh environment of the outback gives up some wonderous colours and textures that bring the story to life across all seasons.
Steve lives and creates his art in Torquay on the Victorian Surfcoast, the starting point of the iconic Great Ocean Road. Many years in the graphic arts and print industry have given him the understanding and enthusiasm to create his abstract art. His paintings have been exhibited and sold in local art shows and online. His art now lives in homes around Australia and overseas.
