Bertoia is a beautiful new painting from my Mid -Century series conveying the timeless quality of simplicity in form and colour to calm the mind and senses. Reminiscent of the screen printing textures of yesteryear Bertoia captures the essence of spontaneity and freshness.

Bertoia is named in honour of the mid century designer and artist Harry Bertoia. I'm particularly fond of the timeless style and simplicity of his furniture designs.

This artwork is original, it's painted on stretched canvas with 3.8cm sides and is ready to hang in your beautiful home. Please note Beroia is not lacquered in these images to avoid reflection in the photographs. It will be lacquered in 2 coats of a light semi gloss lacquer to protect the surface and can then be cleaned with a warm damp cloth.
