When painting this piece, the delicious bananas and avocado reminded of our kids' lunchboxes full of fruit and veggies we make them - 'yum boxes'! A cool palette of aqua and yellow bounces around the reflected light, with contrasting shadows creating deep and solid form in saturated sunlight.
