Sometimes, we feel overlooked ... and sometimes we are - particularly if living next to high rise apartments. When viewed from above, this cluster of inner-city terrace houses appears quite abstract, shaped by both the structures and the afternoon sun.

I paint streets, landscapes, portraits and other things that capture me.

My artist journey began with an early passion for painting before following a career in television and film where I've created soundtracks for many of Australia's best known television shows and award winning productions. In recent years I've returned to my original love of painting.

I’m drawn to the often overlooked moments of emptiness or disquiet within urban environments and aim to evoke some response or humour through much of my work. I also like to explore at the imbalance, or sometimes tension, between the constructed and natural worlds.
