Trying to copy the Mona Lisa is an exhilarating experience and a somewhat spiritual one as I studied every brush stroke of Leonardo. As I completed the hands and body I was almost tempted NOT to add the amusing bird and his horrid act, to make it a straight copy of the most famous and mysterious painting in the world. However, I didn't want people to say dismiss it as just another copy, but to be amused by a dash of madness. Amused or horrified, it will be the talking point of your party! Has a quaint varnished frame just in case anyone confuses it with the original!
