All my art comes from left over timber of cuts on new home construction sites and furniture made by me. Each piece is cut and glued and placed then stained, varnished or painted to create depth and visual dimension. The piece is framed as pictured with rear hanging hooks

As a carpenter for the past 30+ years I have always loved timber and what can be done with it. In housing construction there is a lot of left over timber that is unused and goes to waste. I now bring home a lot of the unused timber off cuts and turn it into art work and furniture. Instead of sawdust it is now something beautiful . Painting the timer with stains, varnishes and some coloured paint give the pieces depth and texture, and brings out the beauty of the timber.
