Artwork Description

Western Australia's Kimberleys has endless beauty. The reds and orange hues of the Munjina Gorge make the rocky escarpments stand out, with the geometric rock shapes appearing as though they have been made by man, and laid in rows.

The viewer will immediately become aware of the unique structure and beautiful colour combinations of this amazing part of Australia.

Artist Bio

I'm a visual artist, based in Adelaide. I mainly work in acrylics, but I also do some watercolor pieces. I'm always looking for new subjects. You would mostly call my work impressionism and sometimes expressionist.

For me, making a piece of art is always an experiment, a journey. I rarely know what the final outcome will be. I look for ideas from the environment, photographs and simple life events. I start with an idea, and let the painting take me to a conclusion. This adds excitement and stimulation to my work.

As a self-taught artist, I learn every day. I try to improve on every piece that I create. I am passionate and dedicated, and I try to paint every day.

Thank you for visiting my bio.
