Living in a subtropical Hinterland area, our surroundings are an endless supply of inspiration and fascination. I like to combine imagery, use multiple perspectives and change scale to compose pictures that draw the viewer in and take them on a journey through a landscape.

This original oil painting was created with a palette knife and thick luscious oil paint, creating a 3D sculptural effect on the surface of the canvas, and with the strong vibrant colours it is definitely a feature piece for any contemporary home.
