While the idea of this character was inspired by Lewis Carroll's 'Alice's Adventures In Wonderland', I have taken a good deal of artistic license here. I have imagined one of the Red Queen's knights not as a fierce playing card but as an intimidating red-bearded Scottish knight of the realm in colourful suit of armour and always loyal to the mad queen. We just don't know whether to take him seriously or not!
