About the Artist
I am a Queensland-based Australian oil painter whose work is inspired by the beauty of Mediterranean villages, Australian rural landscapes and peaceful coastal scenes.
After a long career in project management, I returned to a passion that began in childhood. Painting allows me to capture places that evoke warmth, tranquillity and lasting memories—whether it’s a sunlit Greek island, a weathered Australian cottage or a quiet seaside escape.
Working primarily in oils on large canvas, I enjoy creating timeless paintings that invite the viewer to pause, reflect and imagine themselves within the scene.
My inspiration was strengthened through discovering the work of renowned Australian artist Darcy Doyle, whose paintings encouraged me to pursue my own artistic journey.
Each painting is created with the hope that it will bring a sense of peace and enjoyment into someone’s home for many years to come.
