Driving to the North Coast you pass a number of beautiful pine forests with shafts of light spilling through the trees. This is my interpretation of the morning light streaming through the trees. You can almost smell the pine needles and feel the it crunch underfoot.

Pure colour melds together to shimmer like light in this bush forest painting. The branches and trunks emerge from the shimmer of the light created in splashes of colour.
