Sue Dyde was born and still lives in Wagga Wagga NSW, she worked in the Jewellery industry for 30 years designing jewellery, buying diamond and precious gems for a Wagga Wagga manufacturing jewellers, she started painting late in life and is self-taught, she has developed a unique technique using mixed media, and paints on stretched canvas, her works are framed with either white or raw timber float framed, her inspiration comes from Nature and Sue has a passion for painting water, the Ocean, lakes and the sky these are reflected in many of her paintings. Her works are sold all over Australia and also internationally
Sue is also a 2021 Bluethumb Art prize Finalist.
