I’ve always liked flamingos because they naturally look elegant and ridiculous at the same time. They already feel dressed up, so giving this one a crown just made sense. Calm, confident and slightly over the top… the kind of personality you notice the second it enters a room.
The black background pushes the colour forward while the graffiti marks keep it loose and energetic. I never try to hide the drips or splashes. That movement is what makes the painting feel alive rather than printed.
Before becoming a full time visual artist I travelled the world performing extreme stunts and now hold 56 Guinness World Records. Those performances lasted seconds, so painting became a way to capture that same energy permanently. Each artwork is basically a frozen performance.
