Born to Swiss parents, Sue grew up close to the ocean on the east coast of New Zealand’s North Island and is inspired by the simplicity of nature. She now resides at Bilinga on the Southern Gold Coast in Queensland. There is much beauty around... the bay and the birds .... provide much peace, tranquility and creativity.
Having worked for over thirty years as a professional Graphic Designer, Sue loves experimenting with colour and texture to produce one-of-a-kind, original, contemporary art pieces. By observing nature and its beauty, she uses various painting techniques to capture depth, movement and light to create her art.
Most of Sue's artworks are ready to hang one-off originals painted with quality acrylic paints on professional canvas and coated with a protective satin varnish.
