Coastal Dreams

A sweet little textured oil painting painted with a palette knife capturing the view of the ocean on a windy day. By the application of thick oil paint in this way I seeks to capture this moment, this feeling, this moment.

Oil paint applied thickly with a palette knife to create movement and texture, this coastal landscape is on cradled board and is painted right to the edges so it can sit on a shelf or hang unframed. It comes unframed, finished on the sides, with d-rings and a wire across the back, ready to hang. It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Suzanne Barrett is an Australian coastal landscape artist whose work is inspired by the ever-changing beauty of the ocean. She holds a BA in Fine Art and a Visual Art Teaching qualification, giving her a solid professional background in The Arts.
