On A Quiet Street In The Suburbs

In a quiet street in the suburbs there is a small clearing. Not close enough for my morning dog walk but I sometimes stop here on the way to somewhere else. It’s quiet and undisturbed. The brown mud of the mangrove shoreline and that amazing mangrove tree thriving out in the water, sailing boats line the blue horizon. If you stand and look for long enough you will see all the colours reveal themselves in the landscape in front of you.
