Returning to Art after a long hiatus, I have become passionate about recreating the beautiful things in life, be it our treasured pets, birds, animals or seascapes. However, my favourite subject is flowers.
The medium of Pastel produces vibrant colours. It is also the most pure form of pigment and when framed behind glass will outlast other mediums in longevity. The luminosity of Pastels is magical to me and will always be my favourite. That being said I wish to grow as an artist and my new goal is to venture into Acrylics, capturing the beauty of flowers of course.
