Artwork Description

Introducing my latest acrylic painting: a tribute to the place where my own art journey began – the stunning Sydney Harbour. Measuring 94cm x 94cm x 5cm, including frame, and beautifully framed in a crisp white Australia timber frame, this piece is ready to hang with wire on the back, making it a striking and effortless addition to any space.

This view is more than just iconic – it’s the backdrop to countless stories, dreams, and adventures. For many, including myself, Sydney Harbour is where creativity awakens and new chapters begin. Whether it's the sparkle of the water, the majesty of the bridge, or the hum of possibility in the air, this scene has inspired generations to take their first steps – in life, in love, in travel, and in art.

With soft layers and vibrant tones, this painting captures the emotion and energy of a place that’s both grounding and uplifting. It’s not just a landscape – it’s a reminder of where we’ve started and how far we’ve come.

Perfect for lovers of Sydney, seekers of beauty, or anyone who knows what it means to begin again.

Artist Bio

Suzie is based now in Claremont, Western Australia.

After spending 11 years in Sydney on the Lower North Shore, and was born & bred in the Wheatbelt in Western Australia.
The inspiration of my art work comes from the beautiful flowers I have been given, and those that have surrounded me where I live, big bright and colourful, especially pinks are my absolute favourite! Love collecting art and now my new found passion is now putting paint to canvas. During Covid I had time to explore more and was taught best practices from successful water colour and acrylic artists & continue to learn and try new ways .

I am passionate about trying new methods of painting, for now abstract flowers on premium double canvas, and thick texture on my flowers, is my end result of most paintings.

Thank you for reviewing and I look forward to sharing my work, as they start to develop and I grow my new found passion.

Keep well and safe, Suzie
