I live in a stunning part of the world - the Sunshine Coast hinterland, in Queensland. Flaxton is a little village, with a huge outlook, and this is one part of it, just at that perfect time of day when the trees turn golden and the hills turn copper. Views from Coolum to Caloundra, this area is full of natural wonder and resplendent beauty.

I painted a series of little paintings, that showcase large perspectives, in mini form. When placed in a room, these paintings look like little windows, that open up the closed room to the huge world outside.
