Artwork Description

Bring a sense of calm rhythm and quiet movement to your interior with Cloud Rhyme, an original acrylic painting inspired by drifting clouds, shifting light and the subtle patterns found in nature. Repeated hand-painted rectangular marks form a woven, mosaic-like surface that creates depth, texture and a gentle visual flow across the canvas.
Rendered in a soothing palette of soft blue, misty grey, warm white and muted neutral tones, the artwork evokes the feeling of cloud formations moving across an open sky. The structured arrangement of marks introduces a contemporary aesthetic while maintaining a serene and organic presence.
Created with acrylic on canvas, the painting features subtle texture from layered brushwork and repeated mark-making, offering visual interest both from a distance and up close.
This artwork is part of a coordinated collection of four related paintings. Each piece can stand alone as an individual statement or be combined with others from the series to create a larger installation. Different combinations are available in separate listings.
Ideal for contemporary homes, coastal interiors, bedrooms, living spaces, offices, wellness environments and boutique commercial settings, Cloud Rhyme brings a peaceful, refined atmosphere to a room.
This is a listing for one original acrylic painting on canvas, measuring 122 × 91 × 4 cm.
The artwork can be displayed either vertically or horizontally, allowing it to adapt beautifully to different spaces and interior compositions.
The painting is signed on the back with my full name, the artwork title and the year of creation. The edges are painted, allowing it to be displayed framed or unframed.

Artist Bio

Tania’s art is about colour, pattern, and texture. Growing up next to the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, the heart of Russian art, Tania’s childhood was filled with inspiration. This continued into her early adulthood while living and studying in London, where she enjoyed the plethora of galleries and museums both there and across Europe. During her studies in Architectural Design, Tania built a strong understanding of form and structure, and developed a deep connection with painting. Working as an interior designer had a huge impact on how she viewed art and its role in transforming interior spaces.

“Paintings resonate with people for different reasons: some might be looking for an emotional connection, some to fit a certain space and colour scheme. Artwork can transform spaces more than anything else. It can tie colours that you love together, and fill the space with cosiness and warmth. This is what makes it home.”

Now living on the Gold Coast and enjoying the vibrancy of Australia’s landscapes and culture, Tania’s latest works incorporate mixed media into her oil and acrylic pieces. She finds this further imbues her love of texture and layering into the rich hues of colour that remain at the core of her art.

“Painting for me is a form of meditation. My flower garden is a great inspiration. All sorts of colours mix together and create a wonderful harmony.”
