Artwork Description

Strawberry Bellini – B is a vibrant, layered painting from my Mosaic Series, celebrating colour, texture, and rhythm. Composed of hundreds of individually painted marks, it features vertical and horizontal patterns in soft pinks, blush, rose, coral, and champagne tones. The carefully built surface shimmers with a sense of joy and sophistication—like sunlight reflecting through a glass of sparkling rosé.
This artwork brings a lively yet elegant warmth to contemporary interiors. Its intricate mark-making rewards close viewing, while from a distance it reads as a harmonious, mosaic-like composition full of rhythm and depth. It can be displayed either horizontally or vertically.
The painting measures 101 × 101 × 4 cm. It is created with high-quality acrylic paint on gallery-wrapped canvas, with sides painted soft neutral grey for a polished finish. It can be hung unframed or professionally framed to suit your space. On the back, it is signed with my full name, the title, and the year of creation.

Artist Bio

Tania’s art is about colour, pattern, and texture. Growing up next to the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, the heart of Russian art, Tania’s childhood was filled with inspiration. This continued into her early adulthood while living and studying in London, where she enjoyed the plethora of galleries and museums both there and across Europe. During her studies in Architectural Design, Tania built a strong understanding of form and structure, and developed a deep connection with painting. Working as an interior designer had a huge impact on how she viewed art and its role in transforming interior spaces.

“Paintings resonate with people for different reasons: some might be looking for an emotional connection, some to fit a certain space and colour scheme. Artwork can transform spaces more than anything else. It can tie colours that you love together, and fill the space with cosiness and warmth. This is what makes it home.”

Now living on the Gold Coast and enjoying the vibrancy of Australia’s landscapes and culture, Tania’s latest works incorporate mixed media into her oil and acrylic pieces. She finds this further imbues her love of texture and layering into the rich hues of colour that remain at the core of her art.

“Painting for me is a form of meditation. My flower garden is a great inspiration. All sorts of colours mix together and create a wonderful harmony.”
