Artwork Description

Photograph on paper

Signed certificate of authenticity.

A collection of images exploring the relationship between the elements of Nature and Life "In Australia water is our Poetry and Lore... There are places it appears to no longer exist, but spring to life when flood returns. There are constant reminders that we are at the mercy of this capricious element." from the air the earth almost ceases to be real, instead becoming like a patchwork of patterns, the water carving its path within. The hues and patterns are unexpected, the ocean glows and the waterways take you on a journey of the history of their life.

“Brush Stroke”
A Dance of Elements, The etherial union of white sands and the turquoise Ocean Unfurls, a masterpiece of serendipity, each stroke deliberate yet free. Ripples and currents etch their story, a tactile canvas woven with grace and purpose.

Taken from a R44 helicopter over one of my favourite locations to fly in the Northern Territory 2400 feet above.

As an artist, I am fascinated by the way nature reveals its secrets from a bird's-eye view. "Grass Tree" captures the essence of the Northern Territory's rugged beauty, where land meets sea in a dance of ebb and flow. The image speaks to the delicate balance between life and the natural elements that sustain it, reminding us of the importance of water to all forms of life.

Taken from a Helicopter flying approximately 2500 feet above the north Australian Coastline.A boab tree stands gracefully on the red earth of australia. Nature’s choreography, the mesmerising performance of turquoise water across the sandy stage, bidding farewell to the shore for the day. The dance between land and sea illustrated with water and the formations of sand.
