Artwork Description
This work is the result of early experiments I conducted into the relationship between photography, light and time using analogue photographic techniques. During this period I was studying the work of American photographer Francesca Woodman (1958-1981) and was interested in the ethereal elements in many of her photographs, created through her combined use of long exposure and movement.
