My name is Tarnia Kittel and I am 26 years old. I have been an avid animal lover for as long as I can remember, and am a devoted ‘mum’ to three horses and two dogs. Combining this with my passion for fine arts, I love to create realistic animal portraits with a painterly quality and, most importantly, capture the character and spirit within the subject. I am a recent university graduate with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (majoring in Chemistry and Biotechnology), and have worked as a dental nurse for 9 years. However, as of 2019 I am pursuing my passions in art, and committed to freelancing full time as an artist and illustrator. I offer original pieces and limited edition prints, and custom commissioned portraits from copyright approved photos.
