Between light and silence

With over twenty years of web design experience in the past, I am now pursuing my lifelong dream of focusing on creating my own batik studio.
In Moscow I studied academic drawing and watercolor at the Andriaki Academy, took private lessons from famous masters of cold and wax batik.
Now I like to work in a mixed technique of painting on silk and acrylic.
I paint frescoes, shawls, women’s and men’s scarves and cushions.
I am inspired by the works of European artists and the nature of Australia, filled with poetry and beauty.
I am also happy to be able to share my knowledge of batik with all who are interested.
