These Plants Grow in our Previous Garden on Magnetic Island Queensland and would liven up any room in your house. I have painted many of these Heliconias in different sizes over many years with care and attention to detail.
I have been creating Paintings for some 50 Years and now retired. Sales have increased over the years as my work improves. I only use oil as medium as I find it easier to work with and has extended working time. I was born NSW and after the army (Vietnam) Geelong/Karatha/Magnetic Island/Drysdale. including some years in PNG where I produced a lot of Landscapes for sale to American's. I have no formal training in Art. I attempt to improve with each work. Subject matter Landscape, Flowers and Birds I use my own photo's in most cases and some freehand sketches.
