This artwork is my celebration of joy — bold, unapologetic, and crowned.
I’ve taken the familiar balloon dog, a symbol of childhood fun and fleeting happiness, and reimagined it as something powerful and proud. By placing a golden crown atop its head, I wanted to elevate the everyday and remind us that joy itself is worthy of reverence. Even the most playful, temporary moments deserve to be honoured.
The vibrant pinks, purples, and neon tones pulse with energy, love, and optimism. Floating hearts surround the figure like affirmations, while the drips and layered textures reflect my intuitive, expressive process — messy, emotional, and alive. The balloon may be fragile by nature, but here it stands strong, glowing, and confident.
Working in mixed media on a 60cm x 60cm canvas, this piece blends pop art and street-art influences with my signature Colour My World style. It invites the viewer to reconnect with their inner child, embrace colour without fear, and remember that joy doesn’t need permission — it simply needs to be claimed.
Because sometimes, joy isn’t just a feeling.
Sometimes… it’s royalty

This original painting is built through layers of colour, movement, and intention. A textured foundation gives the surface depth and energy, ensuring there is no mistaking it for anything other than a one-of-a-kind artwork.
This piece will never be reproduced as a print. It exists as a single, living work — carrying the marks, rhythm, and presence of the artist’s hand. It has movement. It has energy. It has life
All packaging is made from recycled and reused materials, chosen with the intention of reducing waste and helping sustain the environment we all share.
This means that while the box may not look like a brand-new, flawless package, it is sturdy, protective, and does its job of keeping your artwork safe. I see this as an important step toward re-thinking how we use resources: valuing function and care for the planet over appearances.
Each recycled box carries with it a reminder that creativity doesn’t have to come at the cost of the environment — that small actions, like reusing packaging, are part of a bigger movement to look after our world
