I'm a visual artist based in South West Sydney, working primarily with oil paints and occasionally acrylics. My practice is rooted in surrealism, using rich, saturated tones to explore metaphysical themes and the deeper layers of the human experience.
Much of my work draws from the subconscious, the unseen, the in-between, and the parts of ourselves we rarely articulate. I’m inspired not only by abstract concepts, but also by the world around me, the fleeting moments and quiet observations that make you stop and reflect.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, but much of my development has been self-taught, a process I continue to evolve and take pride in. Creating art is a deeply personal and intuitive practice for me.
At 19, I survived a stroke, a life-altering event that forced me to turn inward and re-examine everything I thought I knew about myself. That experience became a catalyst for my current body of work: paintings that attempt to give form to the intangible, to the emotional and spiritual landscapes we all carry within us.
Through my art, I aim to create spaces that invite introspection, pieces that don’t just speak to what we see, but what we feel. Every painting is a visual meditation on the complexities of being human.
