Artwork Description

Originally a poster/ print that was centerpiece in popular Adamstown Café, Little brown wolf.

The café changed owners, and they tore and ripped it down and I asked for it before it went to the tip. It was made of plywood and the ripped poster gave it some interesting textures.

I spent a long time working on this, maybe 6 weeks which is longer than normal.

Artist Bio

I’m Tim, a painter based in Newcastle, Australia, just north of Sydney. My work is driven by the joy of creating and the love of exploring ideas through paint. Most of my weekends are spent in the studio, experimenting with styles and techniques, while I work as a delivery driver during the week.

Over time, I’ve curated a collection of over 400 works, each representing a chapter in my artistic journey. My portfolio reflects the styles I’ve explored and the narratives I’ve pursued, from intimate, reflective pieces to larger, concept-driven works. Through my art, I aim to share both personal experiences and universal stories, inviting viewers to engage with each piece on its own terms.
