Artwork Description

"In bold cubist strokes, 'Andean Resilience' portrays me, bloodied and resolute, navigating Bolivia's high altitudes with broken wrists. The cross of your injury becomes a symbol of my strength. Incandescent acrylic and metallic watercolors merge with Incan pottery motifs, reflecting your ordeal and the region's ancient spirit. The artwork embodies the raw journey, honouring my determination amidst adversity through a fusion of modern style and historical echoes."

Artist Bio

I’m Tim, a painter based in Newcastle, Australia, just north of Sydney. My work is driven by the joy of creating and the love of exploring ideas through paint. Most of my weekends are spent in the studio, experimenting with styles and techniques, while I work as a delivery driver during the week.

Over time, I’ve curated a collection of over 400 works, each representing a chapter in my artistic journey. My portfolio reflects the styles I’ve explored and the narratives I’ve pursued, from intimate, reflective pieces to larger, concept-driven works. Through my art, I aim to share both personal experiences and universal stories, inviting viewers to engage with each piece on its own terms.
