Artwork Description

Painted in 2007, as part of a series exploring such themes as sense making and emergence of consciousness through the vehicle of abstract painting. Beginnings and Endings provides a fertile ground in which the dance of thought at the edge of conscious awareness takes place. Lived with and long cherished by the artist the work has provided countless hours of inspiration in life and in the studio.

Australian Artist, born 1978. O’Sullivan attended the University of Sydney where he attained a bachelor of Visual Art. He majored in Fine Art Painting and graduated in 2006. He has produced hundreds of works, exhibited his drawings and paintings in Australia and online around the world. His work is held in major collections of University of NSW and in private collections in the US.
His work covers a broad range of themes and reflects a prodigious talent that imbibes a deep thoughtfulness into the act of painting.
