Artwork Description

No Place But Home (unframed) was created in July 2020 during the extended lockdown in Melbourne, Australia. The stunning image of Dorothy is unmistakable, and the nostalgic piece captures an extraordinary moment in time. The sentiment of being trapped in one's home has become universal during the pandemic, but the image retains a hopefulness that my publicist says will make any lockdown loungeroom a more bearable place to be. I just think it looks pretty.

When first released, a brief run was produced on pink A3 paper which sold out in 24 hours. This two-colour signed and numbered print on white paper is limited to a run of 100. It is hand-cut and hand-sprayed on gorgeous archival quality, acid free, 300gsm paper. As such, each piece is unique, with its own individual (im)perfections. The medium grained textured paper is made in France and approximately measures 50cm x 70cm. It is sold unframed and is shipped rolled in a tube.
