I am a regular visitor to Bali and I attend ceremonies with my Balinese friends. I find the Hindu rituals and blessings very powerful. In this painting I have tried to capture the devotion within the spiritual practice.
I have been an artist for many years and an art director for most of my professional life. I love to weave a spiritual component to my painting and try to provoke an emotional response from the viewer. I like to use a variety of media but usually work with a combination of acrylic, oil and charcoal.
