This painting is inspired by the seasonal differences in Melbourne represented by the Hibiscus and the Camelia. The Rose symbolises my soul centred within my world . The Starfish were photographed at my beach near my home and the stripes signify the grounded nature of the horizon line that is always present in my vision. The sky is tumultuous and ever changing just like Melbourne weather.
This painting was painted with watercolour and Acrylic and is a limited edition print on Canson Rag Photographique 310gsm paper

I have been painting all my life and selling my work privately. My career as Graphic Designer and Florist has influenced my visual language and my art practice is simply about the beauty of the natural world and my way of perceiving life.

Living at the beach, the sky, horizon, bay and seaside gardens provide an unlimited source for my work. More recently I have been influenced by Universal and Spiritual themes such as cosmic energy and the circular nature of life.
