This artwork is made from ink on yupo. I use isopropyl alcohol to spread the inks across the yupo. I tried to capture the power of the mountains with their deep ravines. There are lots of diagonals giving it the appearance of the potential energy of nature. this work is unframed.

Mountains are old, beautiful and powerful. As we see all around the world they can be dangerous when the earth moves as in landslides, earthquakes, floods and tremors. I used to bushwalk in the Snowy and the Blue Mountains and have walked in the Himalayas. . I'm in awe of the majesty of mountains
