Artist Bio

Born in Mackay and moved all over QLD from toowoomba to Charliville, Forest Hill, Bray Park, Gympie. And probably a few places in between.
My full time career started as a trainee manager at Coles when I was 20, when my husband was in the Army.
After 4 years and 1 baby girl later we moved back to beautiful Gympie and I worked in office admin and had baby number 2.

Together we then bought an independent Donut Shop and had a blast creating donut delights, for 7 years we dragged our 2 kids into that shop at 6am … phew that was rough however I’m sure they didn’t mind when donuts were for breakfast.

From there I ended up at the local RSL club as Bookkeeper and made my way up to a COO. This was a high stress and demanding job that forced me into a span of leave where I discovered Painting. Having never painted before I found a tremendous amount of joy and release by throwing every emotion at the canvas. It turns out that the end product is not too bad lol.
I was now wanting to share my creations with others and I intend on curating my own collection of other artist works as it’s important to have artworks from other creatives as well to support those artists I love.
I hope you enjoy what I have created and follow my journey and wherever it leads …
