Artwork Description

In this abstract landscape of the view out of my window, I tried to capture the moment that the galahs fly over the mountain and over my house. I didn't aim for realism. I paint the essence of things, and in this instance it is movement and freedom and sheer joy.

My artwork will be unavailable for 4 months as I will be in Florence on a contemporary art course- something I've wanted to do for years. Please watch this space as I expect my art will change or evolve over this time.
Tracey is an artist who likes to constantly explore different styles, techniques and subject matter. She is equally intrigued by the light play on a landscape as she is with the complexities of being a human. At the heart of every painting is a passionate and playful exploration of texture and colour.
