Is she a goddess? Or a young girl dreaming of being more? Or a princess locked in her chambers? This painting is full of the emotion of dignity, possibilities and defiance. If I had to choose a favourite out of all my paintings, this would be it. I love it and I know you'll love the calm background contrasted with the bright and lively colours of her dress. To top it off is the surprising jewel of her blue hair. I want to make a wallpaper out of this and put it in a room. I might just do that one day!
