"AN EVER CHANGING PALETTE OF COLOUR INFUSED WITH ENERGY AND MOVEMENT THROUGH PAINT AND TEXTURESearching original techniques with different angles is nothing new for me. Finding ways to put my work "out there" is a constant challenge and one I love.Not being content with the traditional approach alone, I find myself searching for ways to tweak it a little, to "think outside the square", to add extra visual enticement. Adding other mediums, materials or applying abundance of texture is also fun and let's face it, this is why I paint...because I enjoy the creative license it gives me.Like a lot of things around us which evolve so does the world of Art. I am not trying to create a new "movement" in the cycle but merely to move my own artistic ideas and creative ability in line with todays trends.Exploring new concepts and ideas, having a keen imagination for creating new scenarios whether it be medium combinations and trying new techniques, the possibilities are endless.When working on canvas, I bring my work "To Life" using texture creating depth adding an interesting visual perspective, sometimes sneaking in other mediums to give added visual interest.As much as my work fits well in any contemporary dwelling, my designs also feel "at home" in any office, foyer or reception area.When people see my work, they often have various interpretations offering endless possibilities and interesting conversation.My Studio is my haven, a place where I can let my imagination go wild. Acrylics and inks are my preferred "mediums" to which I work with. My canvas art can be mounted behind glass and finished off with a simple frame or as a canvas panel.When working with watercolours, I use only the highest standard thick paper.Enjoy browsing through my gallery.
