Artwork Description

The Humpback whale is a gentle giant of the ocean. They are intelligent, sensitive and kind. This is my largest painting of humpbacks to date. Their presence requires a large format. Maternal Bond reflects the closeness of mother and calf, a lifelong bond that we relate to.

Studied at ATI achieving a 3 year Diploma in Graphic Design between 77-79. Student of Ray Dowling and Ken Robinson. 82 freelanced commercially. Lived in Europe from 84-86. Studio in Stockholm.
